A2I provides a unique internship experience for college students seeking careers in diversity studies, non-profit management, rehabilitation counseling, social work, public health, and many others. Interns will be paired with a team member for one-on-one mentorship to gain hands-on experience in their particular area of interest.  A few examples of previous internship projects include:

• Social Security Disability information session development
• Peer group formation and facilitation
• Health literacy survey and materials creation
